Really fantastic designed and maintained complex. Every detail is cared for here by the siblings with great love. We had the top suite. Heavenly. Also the dinner was very good. Breakfast for us rather a bit "too sweet" but opulent for Italian standards

The suite was very nice and had an extra large balcony. The bathroom was also very attractive and above all clean. The furnishing of the room was modern and we felt comfortable. We even got a welcome drink.

I recently stayed at the lovely Hotel Orsa Maggiore for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were excellent, accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, providing a peaceful setting for some downtime. The on-site bar and restaurant were convenient and offered good prices. The breakfast spread was one of the nicest I've had during my travels in Italy, with fresh eggs made to order and the option of almond milk for cereal. The hotel is situated in a great location, only an 8-minute walk to the port area and conveniently located between the black sand beach and the volcano. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room we stayed in was small and lacked proper organization for our belongings. The coffee served at the hotel was unpleasant, lacking in taste and caffeine content.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel was far enough away from town centre not to be bothered by noise but close enough to walk into at night to enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfast was good and pool clean.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a stunning location. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the breathtaking views of the volcano and the nearby black beach. The staff is so friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with attention to detail. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, one of the best we've had in Italy.

Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was located about 10 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) from the port in a quite area. We were three women and booked a room with 3 beds for one night in early May. The service was very good and staff was multilingual (English, German, French). The breakfast was excellent as compared to breakfast in Italy generally (yoghourt, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, a good selection of jam and marmelade, plenty of coffee and fruit). We were able to stay at the hotel since our ferry left in the afternoon even though we had to check out of the room at 10 A.M. It has a nice swimming pool area. There were not many guest in the hotel perhaps because it was early in the season. Overall it was a great hotel.

the breakfast was very good the prices to dine were fair / cheaper and the food was really goood some of the apartments overlook the swimming pool which is very nice the staff were very friendly and helpful

the air conditionair is central and sometimes if they think is not necessary, wont be turned on the fridge doesnt fit 1.5l bottle of water which can be a bit annoying
